|An award winning young goat's cheese, mild in taste, with a soft creamy texture and almost sweet aftertaste. Originally made by Steven Akrigg at Yellison Farm in Carleton, the business is now run by the Parker family at Sire Bank Farm in Bradley near Skipton.
This cheese was an award winner at the Great Yorkshire Show in 2012, however thecheese’s greatest accolade was to be used by celebrity chef Tom Aikens at the2012 Olympic banquet for delegates and government officials – not bad for asmall goat farm in the Yorkshire Dales!
